Employee Referral

If you know someone who you think would be a good fit for a position at our company, feel free to refer them. If we end up hiring your referred candidate and that they are still active after 30 days from their official date of hire as detailed on the Job Offer or Training Agreement, you are eligible for Php 5,000.00 – Php 10,000.00 referral bonus. Our employee referral rewards may be higher if we hire your referred candidate in a hard-to-fill role.
